Our four main services
Every price below is a starting price. Hover any card to see the work in motion; on a phone, tap the picture.
Private power pole replacement
If the pole on your property is leaning, rotting, rusted or has been flagged by the network, replacing it is your responsibility as the owner, not the network’s. We supply and install timber and galvanised steel poles, handle the network approvals and complete the compliance paperwork.

Switchboard upgrades
Three things usually bring people to us: the board is old and keeps tripping, a new oven or cooktop needs more capacity than the board can give, or solar or an EV charger has already been bought and the existing infrastructure will not carry it.

Temporary builders supply
Power on site before the permanent connection exists. Standard supply is 63 amps, single or three phase. We organise the NMI and the retailer sign-up, and the pole can convert to a permanent connection when the build is finished. Allow up to two weeks to energisation.

Electrical defect rectification
A defect notice has a deadline on it, and if it passes your supply can be disconnected. Only a Level 2 ASP can clear most defects. Send us a photo of the notice and we will tell you what is involved before we come out.

Everything between the network and your switchboard.
Level 2 work is everything between the electricity network and your switchboard. It is restricted work: a general electrician is not authorised to do it, and has to bring in an Accredited Service Provider.
We are the Accredited Service Provider, accredited and authorised on Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy, based in Riverwood and working across Sydney since 2016.
Four services make up most of what we are called for. Everything else on the network side, we also handle.
Above 100 amps.
Above 100 amps the distributor reviews every application individually and the job stops being routine. It is the part of the trade we have built the business around.
A standard residential board starts at $3,500; a 200 amp board can reach $20,000 depending on the site.
If you are planning a high load property, a workshop or a commercial fit-out, call before you design around a supply figure.
One contractor, one margin.
A general electrician has to bring a Level 2 in for the network side, and marks that up on top of their own work. We are the Level 2. Deal direct and there is one contractor and one margin.
- Accreditation with the ASP scheme
- Authorisation by each distributor, separately
- We hold both, on all three networks
- A job that crosses a network boundary does not have to change hands
Two things are required under the ASP Scheme Rules and they are separate: accreditation with the scheme, and authorisation by each distributor.

Frequently asked questions.
What is Level 2 electrical work?
Work on the connection between a property and the electricity network: poles, service mains, meters, consumer mains, point of attachment, and connections or disconnections. It is restricted to Accredited Service Providers at Level 2.
Do I need a Level 2 or a general electrician?
If the work touches the supply coming in from the street, you need a Level 2. If it is inside the property, a general electrician can do it. Call us and we will tell you which, even if the answer is that you do not need us.
Which networks are you accredited with?
Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy. All three.
Do you offer testing and tagging?
No. That is not a service we provide.
Are you available after hours?
No. We work business hours and we do not run a 24/7 or emergency service. The phone is answered straight away during business hours.
What warranty applies?
12 months on materials and a lifetime warranty on workmanship, provided no other contractor has worked on it since.
How do I get a price?
Call 0422 631 213 or send us details of the job. Every price on this site is a starting price; we give you a written scope and price before anything begins.
Not sure which service you need?
Call 0422 631 213 and we will tell you, even if the honest answer is that this is not a Level 2 job at all.
